The admission price is per person and includes registration, program materials, continental breakfast, catered lunch, and two catered breaks.

We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard), check, or purchase order. You may register using any payment option by phone, fax, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations are non-refundable; however, you may send a substitute.
